Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: May 29, 2026
The short version
The Sleeve is free to use. When you click a link to buy a golf ball and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from the retailer or manufacturer, at no extra cost to you. That commission is how we keep the tool free.
Our promise: recommendations come first
Our recommendations are generated by our fitting engine based on the information you provide about your game — not on which ball pays us the most. The algorithm does not know or factor in commission rates when it ranks balls for you. We would rather earn your trust than a single sale.
The details
In accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s guidance on endorsements and disclosures, we want to be clear and conspicuous about how we make money:
- ·The Sleeve participates in affiliate programs, which may include the Amazon Associates Program and programs run by golf ball manufacturers (such as Callaway, TaylorMade, Bridgestone, and Srixon) directly or through affiliate networks.
- ·As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.
- ·When you click a “Buy” or product link on our site and complete a qualifying purchase, we may receive a commission. The price you pay is the same whether or not you use our link.
- ·We may track which links are clicked so we can understand what is useful and report accurately to our affiliate partners. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle that information.
Not professional advice
Our recommendations are informational and based on the inputs you give us. They are a starting point, not a guarantee of performance. Equipment that suits you best can depend on factors a questionnaire cannot fully capture, so we always encourage testing balls yourself where you can.
